Check-in is any time after 3:00pm.

Booking:

We take reservations online and over the phone. The Red Lion Inn, our sister property down the road in Stockbridge, MA can assist you with afterhours reservations or other requests. The number is (413) 298-5545.

Cancellations:

Your credit card will hold the reservation and may be charged up to 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 2 days prior to your arrival date, by 3pm. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night’s room rate and tax.
